Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Emburs.co.uk 

If you don't receive the item that you ordered or the item you have received has been damaged in transit, we're here to help.

 

You will be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:

  1.  We receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;

  2. The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any labels still attached.

  3. The product has been purchased from this website.

Return & Exchange Policy
  • You must contact us to let us know you have not been happy with the product and you wish to return it.

  • Products returned under this policy must be sent by Royal Mail Signed For delivery to 33 Monkton, Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, SA71 4LS. 

  • You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

  • We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.

  •  We will not refund you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days of receiving your returned product.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
